For Green Chutney:
- 1 cup of mint
- 1 cup of cilantro
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1 Serrano chili is quite hot; use half for a milder taste! Or you can use 3 to 4 green chili instead
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt, or additional to taste
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- Half a teaspoon of sugar or more to balance the spice (optional)
- ½ cup of water
Instructions:
- Turn the oven on to 400°F.
- Make sure you use sturdy foil to line a baking tray or rack. Put aside.
- Put the bread on the baking tray; each sheet will hold roughly three pieces.
- Spread cheese, and butter chicken gravy over each slice of bread, then top with another slice (this step is optional, but if you want your pizza extra cheesy, do it).
- Next spread butter chicken gravy, sliced bell peppers, red onion, and mixed herbs on each piece of bread, then top with cheese.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the oven. For a minute or two, you can optionally broil the cheese to get it bubbly and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with yogurt, green chutney, and a drizzle of butter chicken gravy.
- Cut into slices.
