Healthy, Swift & Simple, Yet Superb Pizza To Please Your Hunger
Since I really love pizza so much, I frequently experiment with it. It’s actually a fun game for me, although sometimes I end up inventing disasters. But no worries I also invent even yummy & healthy pizzas.
Today I’ll introduce one of my go-to pizza fun that not only tastes great but also offers health benefits. I make this pizza at least once a week. It satisfies my pizza cravings without the worry of excessive fats.
I’ve named this creation “Healthy Crave Pizza.” If you love pizza, you should definitely try it; I’m sure you’ll enjoy it. You just need a handful of ingredients to make it.
Let Me Give You the Ingredient List,
- Half a cup of oats
- 1 to 2 tbsp. of homemade pizza sauce
- A quarter cup of sautéed boneless chicken (small cut)
- A quarter cup of sautéed bell pepper & mushrooms (any kind)
- A quarter cup of mozzarella cheese
- A small amount of sliced onion (optional)
- A pinch of chili flakes
- A pinch of ground pepper
- A pinch of crushed oregano & basil leaves (fresh or dried)
- Half a teaspoon of melted butter (just for brushing the pan)
- A quarter cup of warm water (or as your oats require)
- Another welcoming fact is that all you need for this pizza is a frying pan with a lid
Note: Sauté the boneless chicken, mushrooms & bell pepper with a pinch of ground pepper and salt or according to your taste preferences. And you can also use whatever toppings you desire. All I want to do is make it as easy as possible so that I can do it in a few minutes.
Instructions:
- Start by making a thick batter first with the oats, salt & warm water. Set it aside.
- Brush the melted butter over the frying pan.
- Spread the batter evenly on the pan, creating the pizza crust.
- Now it’s time to fill the pan with the listed or desired toppings.
- Sprinkle the spices such as oregano, basil, chili flex, and ground pepper over the toppings.
- Finally, add the desired amount of mozzarella cheese, keeping in mind the goal of keeping it healthy. Don’t overindulge in cheese to keep a healthy balance.
- Cover the pan with a lid and bake pizza in the oven or on the stove for 7 to 10 minutes, or until it is properly baked and you can smell the delicious aroma of your pizza.
