Yummy Meat Loaded Spicy Pizza Recipe| A Delicious Fusion Of Mine

What is the one meal that I absolutely cannot survive without?
As a fusion enthusiast and pizza lover, my response would be “Pizza.” I’m always willing to try new things.
Using some handy ingredients, I recently made a fusion pizza that was the main attraction of the evening. I named this yum “Meat Loaded Spicy Pizza”. I use grounded beef & some species as the main attraction, and obviously, what is the pizza without cheese? Let me know all the toppings & pizza sauce I made by myself. It’s a simple & homemade yummy fusion pizza.

Let’s know the ingredients you will need to make this fusion pizza,

Beef: Grounded beef without fats. You’ll need only boneless & fatless solid beef slices.

Sausage: You’ll need readymade medium-size sausages, you can use any beef or chicken. I used beef sausages.

Cheeses: mainly mozzarella cheese is your companion for this pizza also you can use cheddar & sliced cheeses. When I make pizza for any special event I use both cheeses to make the pizza super cheesy.

Veggies: I normally use bell peppers, jalapeños, button mushrooms, and onion rings. Try to use these veggies or you can replace them with your preferred veggies though pizza is not compatible with all kinds of vegetables.

Herbs & Spices: I love to use spices in my food, especially in pizza & pasta. I use dried oregano, basil, red chili flakes & grounded black pepper. If you are not a spice lover you can avoid chili flakes or use chili flakes without seeds it will give the taste without making it hot.

Pizza Sauce: Pizza sauce is a must-use thing in pizza. I made it at home with my favorite spices & herbs but you can use your preferred one. However, I will share my recipe for pizza sauce here.

Pizza Dough: Pizza dough decides how your pizza will taste so choose the best type of dry yeast & flour.

Ingredients for a 12-inch Pizza:

Pizza Dough:

  • Half a cup of warm water
  • 1 Tsp. of dry yeast
  • 1 Tsp. of white sugar
  • 1 and a half cups of all-purpose flour
  • Half a tsp. of salt or to taste
  • Half a tsp. of olive oil or vegetable oil

For Beef Marinating:

  • 1 Cup of grounded beef
  • 1 Tsp. garlic paste or finely crushed
  • 1 Tsp. ginger paste or finely crushed
  • 1 Tsp. of light soy sauce
  • 1 Tsp. of white vinegar
  • Half a tsp. of salt
  • Half a tsp. of grounded black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil

For Veggies:

  • 1 button mushroom sliced
  • Half of a medium jalapeño cut
  • 1 tbsp. of cut bell pepper (any color)
  • 5 to 6 pieces of onion rings
  • 1 Tbsp. of olive or vegetable oil
  • A Pinch of salt or to taste

Sausages:

  • 2 Medium size thick sliced sausages
  • 1 Tsp. of olive oil

Pizza Sauce:

  • 2 or 3 Fresh medium-sized red tomatoes (skin off) or half a can of tomato puree
  • 1 Tbsp. of vegetable or olive oil
  • Half a tsp. of crushed garlic
  • Half a tsp. of crushed onion
  • Half a cup of normal water
  • A Pinch of salt or to taste
  • Pinch of grounded black pepper
  • Pinch of red chili powder
  • Pinch of paprika
  • Pinch of mixed herbs or dried basil + oregano
  • 1 Tsp. of white vinegar
  • Half a tsp. of sugar
  • Half a tsp. of tomato catchup

For Assembling & Baking:

  • Half a cup of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. of grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 Slice cheese (Optional)
  • Pinch of chili flakes
  • Pinch of grounded black pepper
  • Pinch of dried oregano
  • Pinch of dried basil

Instructions:

Pizza Dough:

  • In a large mixing bowl take half a cup of the warm water
  • Add the sugar into the water and mix it until dissolved
  • Add the yeast mix smoothly & cover with a lid and set aside in a dark place for 15 minutes
  • After 15 minutes the yeast will be active then add the flour & salt to the yeast mixture
  • Mix the flour thoroughly & make a soft dough
  • Brush some oil over the dough & cover it with the lid & keep it aside in your kitchen or a dark & warm place for at least 1 hour.
  • In the meantime make the sauce & toppings

Beef Preparation:

  • Marinade the beef with all Ingredients without oil & set aside for at least 20 minutes
  • Take a saucepan heat the oil & add the beef cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until the beef is well cooked & there is no water in the remaining but try to keep the beef a bit juicy. Keep aside.

Veggies Preparation:

Usually, I prepare the veggies separately. I sauté in olive oil all the veggies with salt on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes (the veggies should be crunchy). You can do it all together if you want but keep in mind if you prepare it separately it will be easy to spread when you assemble the toppings. The onion ring should be used raw.

Sausages Preparation (Optional):

It is entirely optional, but I sauté the sausages for two minutes in a small bit of olive oil. You can skip this step because sausages are usually ready to eat. This is what you should do if the sausages are not like that.

Pizza Sauce Preparation:

  • Boiled the tomatoes for 4 to 5 minutes & let them cool
  • When they cool down peel the skin from the tomatoes & make a smooth puree (But if you are using the readymade puree you don’t need this step)
  • Take a saucepan and heat the oil
  • Add the garlic & onion and fry them for 3 to 4 minutes
  • When the garlic & onion get soft add the tomato puree & the water and bring to in boil
  • Add the salt, sugar, chili powder, black pepper, paprika, and tomato catchup & keep cooking, and mix well.
  • When thickened add the basil & oregano
  • Finally, add the vinegar & mix well
  • Turn off the stove & keep it aside

Now It Is Time to Assemble & Bake the Pizza

Step 1: Make the pizza base or crust with the pizza dough and spread the base on the pizza pan

Step 2: Take a fork & make some small holes in the base to remove the air from the base

Step 3: Spread the pizza sauce all over the base

Step 4: Spread the meat preparation all over the crust

Step 5: Add the other toppings without the onion rings one by one as much as you want

Step 6: Add the herbs & spices

Step 7: Spread the onion rings

Step 8: Now spread the grated mozzarella & cheddar cheese & cut the sliced cheese into pieces and spread them evenly.

Step 9: Bake the pizza in the oven at 475°F, one at a time, for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and the crust has browned. You can perhaps add a little extra cheese at the end of the process of baking.

Turn off the oven & serve your delicious & yummy meat-loaded spicy pizza with some homemade mayonnaise or just some tomato catchup and a chilled drink. Enjoy

I am sure it will be one of the most memorable pizza nights of your life.

Cheers to Fusion Cooking!
