Orange Shower Cake Recipe | My Childhood Love
One of my favorite fruit cakes that I make frequently. Making it so easy & its taste is heavenly. When I made it for the very first time I was a school student & it was my father’s birthday. A very special day for me. I wanted to surprise him but I didn’t have any money to buy a gift for him. My mother suggested to me I should bake a cake for him. It will be the best surprise for him. Since I was too young my mother helped me with the measurement of the ingredients. Because I wanted to make something special I decided to make some fusion with the cake. That was the first time I thought I would add some orange to my cake in different ways. Oranges are my father’s favorite fruit so I picked them to create something different.
My parents were astonished when the cake arrived and they loved it. The cake tasted too good. Since then, I’ve prepared the cake at least once every two to three months because my family and friends adore it and keep asking me to make it.
A Wonderful Party Dessert:
This orange shower cake is something I almost always make for special occasions because my friends and family adore it. It adds a tasty and amazing kick to our dessert table. Its sweet and sour flavor makes us feel more satisfied after a hefty dinner. Desserts are essential for completing a celebration, and if the dessert has a tangy kick, it feels very refreshing. I recommend making this orange shower cake for your next party, and I am sure that you will be impressed.

What to Serve With:
Vanilla Ice Cream: This amazing orange shower cake itself is a gem. Its tangy & sweet taste is wonderful I really love this cake in my evening snack or after a heavy dinner as a yummy dessert. However, if you want it soggier & chilled you can serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This combination will melt your mouth amazingly.

Please don’t judge the taste by its looks…the look is given by a little boy with his tiny hands…I hope you guys will understand.
