Amazingly Simple, Refreshing & Flavorful Lychee Mojito

This enticing mojito with lychee is flavorful and fresh. Adding lychee to a mojito enriches its flavor by adding a sweet, slightly fragrant note. Lychee syrup and canned lychee are used to flavor it. Use simple syrup or lychee syrup from a can in place of lychee syrup if you don’t have any on hand. A typical mojito’s ingredient list contains sugar, lime juice, white rum, soda water, and mint.
The blend of sweetness, citrus, and mint notes elevate the rum, resulting in a delightfully pleasant beverage. However, I prefer non-alcoholic drinks. This variation is for lychee fans, and I substitute club soda and Sprite (a carbonated drink) for the rum in this well-liked summertime cocktail.

Ingredients You Will Need,

  • A full cup of lychee syrup; you can buy lychee syrup or use the juice from a can of lychees. Or substitute it with some simple syrup.
  • 6 large-size lychee, either fresh or in a can. (I like my lychee fresh.).
  • 4 tablespoons of fresh lime juice — Use fresh lime juice, or lemon juice as a substitute.
  • A full cup of Club Soda.
  • 500 ml of Sprite or any other white fizzy beverage.
  • 3–4 new leaves of mint.
  • Ice cubes.
  • Some more mint leaves & lychees for garnishing.

Equipment,

  • A cocktail shaker or a jar with a tight lid.
  • 3 highball glasses.
  • 3 toothpicks.
  • 3 straws.

Instructions,

  • Combine lime juice, mint leaves, lychee (without seeds), and syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  • To release the flavors of the lychee and mint, mix them in a cocktail stirrer.
  • Add the ice cubes.
  • Put on the cocktail shaker cover and shake until fully chilled.
  • Fill the highball glasses with mint leaves and ice.
  • Strain over the chilled cocktail.
  • Add Sprite & soda water on top.
  • Garnish with a toothpick tipped with lychee.

You are all set for the pleasure of a refreshing Lychee Mojito.

Cheers to Fusion Drinks.
